1. The Service

Soundscape is a browser studio that splits audio into parts, places them in 3D space, and lets you listen and share.

Features may be added, changed, or discontinued.

2. Accounts

Some features need an email account. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Do not use the Service to infringe others' rights or break the law.

3. Content & Rights

You retain rights to the audio you upload and the works you create.

You grant the Service the permissions needed to host, process, play, and share your content.

Do not upload audio you have no rights to.

4. Prohibited Use

No illegal/infringing content, impersonation, disruption, or automated abuse.

5. Third-party Processing & No Warranty

Some features (e.g., stem separation) use third-party processors (see Privacy Policy).

The Service is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind.

6. Tokens & Billing

Paid features (audio separation) are metered in tokens. Each separation costs tokens in proportion to track length (2 tokens per minute, minimum 2).

Subscription tokens are granted each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle. Purchased (top-up) tokens do not expire.

Tokens are charged when a separation is requested and are automatically refunded if processing fails.

Top-up packs can be purchased while a subscription is active.

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment processor (Polar).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes & Termination

These terms may change; material changes will be announced. You may stop using the Service anytime.
